Case Study
A charity needed help in addressing the possible need to reduce their staff count in the face of a reduction in funding. We helped them to develop scenarios of how the organisation would operate if they eliminated certain posts. We then developed a programme to execute the staff reduction in a way that safeguarded against legal challenges and minimised any adverse impact on staff morale. We provided coaching and support to managers as they proceeded through the difficult process and assisted management in communicating effectively the changes which affected the wider staff.
