Our team, led by co-founders Sterling Rauseo and Jacqui Wilkinson, comes with vast experience delivering solutions to the public, private and voluntary sectors. Past clients include the Department of Transport (Ireland), Brighton City Council, WSP (Ireland) and Providence Row Housing Association.
Sterling Rauseo, Founder & Managing Director
Sterling has 12 years experience in senior positions with NGOs and SMEs in both the UK and the US. He focuses on operations and change management – especially finance and marketing. His particular expertise lies in coaching, mentoring and facilitating change.
Dr Jacqui Wilkinson, Founder & Director
Jacqui comes with 30 years experience in public policy, strategy and operational areas
for local and central government in the UK. Her area of expertise is transport and sustainability as well as performance management and efficiency.
